I concur in the foregoing minute of the

Hon. the Attorney-General. I do not think any amendment need he

made to the Ordinance in the direction indicated in the last

paragraph of Consul-General Warren's letter of the 19th. May,

1908, unless and until any question is raised by any of the

Companies that have obtained Licences to keep Local Registers,

as I believe such Companies have no occasion to keep a Register

at any place other than at the place for which a Licence to

keep a Local Register has been obtained.
